Within the rich greenery of Phinda’s 23 000 hectares, game rangers and trackers of vast experience will lead you in search of the game drive of your dreams. Neighbouring Sodwana Bay’s diverse marine life is easy to access and offers activities like fishing, scuba-diving and turtle watching. The warm waters of the Indian Ocean create a riveting Scuba Safari, where the coral reef’s 1200 fish species can be discovered up close with scuba gear, while the Ocean Safari allows guests to observe from the comfortable confines of an inflatable vessel. Watch the majestic Loggerhead turtles dig their nests and lay their clutches of eggs on the Turtle Nesting Adventure, or join the Maputuland Beach Adventure where guests can enjoy the sandy beaches and snorkel the protected waters of Jesser Point.
